This morning Ron got up at 2:00 AM to take his two counselors in the Stake Presidency to SeaTac Airport. (Pres. Flake and Pres. Williams are spending the week in New Mexico at the Philmont Boy Scout Ranch.)
Ron wanted to take advantage of getting up that early, so he packed his camera in the truck and then on the way home from the airport, stopped at Queen Anne Hill in Seattle to await the sunrise. The skies were clear and it was beautiful morning.....he was hoping for a little low-lying fog here and there just for interest, but no fog this morning. However, there was a Cruise Ship that was just coming into Elliot Bay, and several Ferries that came and went. Mt. Rainier caught the sun and shone like the gem that it is. In case you are wondering.....this is why we live here! It's SO beautiful! (Click on the photo to see a larger image of it.)
